This policy covers the website mainhattangames.com and our games Storm Brigade, Free Kick King and Blast Crew (Android, Google Play). Last updated: October 2026. The German version is legally binding.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, time of access, the page requested and browser details in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement with Cloudflare is part of Cloudflare's terms of service.

No cookies, no advertising

This website uses no cookies, no advertising tools and no externally loaded fonts.

Audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

To see how many visits our pages get and which links visitors come from, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, builds no user profiles and does not recognise individual visitors. Only aggregated information is recorded, such as page visited, referring page, country, device type and browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you write to kontakt@ or support@mainhattangames.com, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages are forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox at Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited). We delete requests once they are resolved, unless we are legally required to keep them.

Game progress

Your progress (levels, coins, settings) is stored only on your device. There are no user accounts, and we do not receive your game progress.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our games are partly funded by advertising, served by Google AdMob from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. AdMob processes in particular your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and information about which ads were shown and tapped.

• Consent: On first launch we ask for your consent through Google's consent platform (User Messaging Platform, IAB TCF). Personalised ads are only shown with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Without consent, AdMob only shows non-personalised or limited ads.
• Changing your choice: You can change it at any time in the game under "Settings → Privacy options". You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
• Rewarded videos (e.g. "Double your coins") only play when you tap them yourself.

Google may also process data in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

Purchases are handled exclusively by Google Play. We receive no payment details, only a confirmation of the purchase so that we can unlock the content you bought (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google's privacy policy applies to the payment.

Crash reports and statistics

Through the Google Play Console we receive aggregated, non-personal statistics on installs, ratings and crashes, provided you have allowed Android to share diagnostic data.

Our games are intended for people aged 13 and over.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Just write to kontakt@mainhattangames.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.

When we change our games or this website, for example by adding new services, we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
